JOB SUMMARY:
Our team of Mechanics perform all necessary maintenance and repairs on various fleet vehicles and equipment including semis, tractor trailers, loaders, skid steers, and mid-size trucks ensure optimal usage, minimal down time, and safety for our crews.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on all company vehicles and fleet equipment
- Inspect, troubleshoot, correctly diagnose, and effectively perform all repairs needed
- Complete and maintain accurate documentation of all repairs completed
- Collaborate with Maintenance Team members
- Additional job duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10 years of related experience as a Journeyman Mechanic
- Ability to meet Premier's guidelines for driver eligibility/insurability
- CDL Class C Driver's License preferred
- ASE certification preferred
- Must be equipped with own set of mechanic tools
- Ability to read technical operation manuals and complete repair documentation in English
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Extended periods of standing for duration of shift
- Frequent stooping, bending, climbing, walking
- Lifting/carrying up to 75 lbs.
