Position: Contract Manager (Site Manager)
Salary: $45,000 - $48,000 per year
Schedule: Full-time, including weekends as necessary
Location: North Charleston, South Carolina
Experience Required: 3 years custodial supervisor experience required

Job Summary:
The K-12 Site Manager is an employee assigned to provide building management of the janitorial service operation for the Charleston County School District. The Site Manager is responsible for the successes and failures of a janitorial services team of 10 custodians, day porters, and supervisors at one K-12 educational facility.
The Site Manager should set high standards for his or her team. Organizational and interpersonal skills are critical to ensure that customer satisfaction and staffing and retention goals are met.
The scope of this position includes but is not limited to managing customer relations, developing personnel, maintaining communication with upper management, managing monthly expenses, recruiting and hiring, inspecting the facility, performing performance appraisals, training employees, etc.
