Compensation:
- Shift: Mid-shift, 4x10-hour shifts (1:00 PM - 11:00 PM), every other weekend required
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Provide case management for patients in a Level 1 trauma center Emergency Department
- Coordinate care for acute inpatient cases, ensuring efficient and quality outcomes
- Utilize EPIC documentation system for accurate record-keeping
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for discharge planning and patient advocacy
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of acute inpatient case management experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- First-timers: Accepted
- Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)
- COVID-19 vaccine not required
Compensation:
- Base Pay Rate: $72.00/hour
- Overtime: After 12 hours/day and 60 hours/week
