Groundskeeper

We are looking for someone with property management grounds experience that works to provide exceptional customer service abilities while maintaining a professional appearance.

Ensure that the property grounds and all common areas are clean and free of debris on a daily basis and that company standards are maintained.
Salary Range: $15-16 hourly based on experience and property assigned.
Responsibilities:

• Maintain grounds per Price Brothers Management standards and dispose of all debris on a daily basis
• Assist with exterior maintenance
• Maintain equipment used for snow removal, lawn care, parking lot maintenance, pool operations and any other equipment used for grounds keeping services
• Ensure vacant units are cleaned out upon move-out
• Adhere to the Company's Safety Programs, policies, and procedures
• Maintain an excellent customer service relationship with all residents and fellow associates

Experience and Skills
Skills needed to succeed:

• Able to follow directions
• Effectively communicate to superiors
• Able to operate mechanical equipment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills

Experience needed:

• 6 months in some or all of the following areas: Janitorial or mechanical
• A valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state
