PrideStaff has an immediate opening for a Administrative Assistant / Receptionist for a client located in Westminster. This is a temporary to hire opportunity, depending on employee performance and business needs.
Job Duties :
Scheduling and reaching out to customers to schedule / reschedule and confirm appointments as necessary.
Answer phones and route to proper extension or take message
General correspondence including email
Data entry
Submitting reports for several buildings
Job Requirements :
General office experience
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize
Experince with Excel.
