The purpose of this position is to maintain the branch digital retail efforts.
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks
- Maintain the Voice Over Internet Protocol system:
- Add new numbers
- Set-Up new Users
- Disconnect terminated users
- Set up Hunt-Groups
- Set up Greeting tree & options
- Set up Greetings
- Set up email to Voicemail
- Set up Text Messaging
- Update, correct, modify, the LO Websites Content
- Update and Maintain Marketing Databases
- Light computer troubleshooting & configuring
- Light software troubleshooting and configuring.
- Light computer network troubleshooting and set-up
- Queue-up and send standard responses to marketing system alerts
- Some marketing System Configuration and Maintenance:
- MobilityRE
- SureFire
- MonitorBase
- HomeBot
- Others, as utilized
Qualifications
- Familiar and experienced with at least two of the following languages:
- PHP
- Python
- TypeScript
- Ruby
- Familiar and experienced with two of the following Content Management Software Tools
- WordPress
- SquareSpace
- Wix
- HubSpot
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Ability to effectively and professionally handle difficult situations that may arise when working with branches/divisions
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)

Work Requirements
Each employee must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, utilize a computer, maintain a work schedule, and effectively perform in an office setting. To maintain and ensure secure privacy of borrower (and other protected) information, an essential function of this job may require physical attendance in a defined office space. (i.e. branch or corporate office location). Employment with PRMI requires compliance with and adherence to all applicable mortgage and fair lending laws and regulations as well as PRMI policies. The ability to work extended hours may be required.
