GROUP HOME SUPERVISOR
Supervisors - 40-hours Full-Time position in residential program serving individuals with developmental disabilities. Supervisory experience in human services preferred.
Schedule: Sat-Sun 7a-3p, Mon - Weds 12p - 8 pm, On-Call Weekends, OFF days: Thurs.& Friday.
Job Requirements:
- Valid CT driver license
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical/PPD, drug test, criminal/DMV/Abuse Registry/past employer background checks
- Ability to complete required trainings within 14 days of hire
- Ability to become DDS Med Certified within 6 months of hire
Education:
High School Diploma/GED is required.
Other Qualifications:
- Must have computer skills to document on agency medical records system
- Ability to support, instruct and supervise individuals providing a therapeutic and safe environment
