About The Role

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS or a related industry, with a proven ability to exceed sales targets. In this role, you will be selling to key decision-makers at residential real estate brokerages, including Managing Brokers, Owners, and Growth Leaders. Our client is looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented sales professional with a passion for driving growth and making strategic decisions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at real estate brokerages.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Stay informed on market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.


Qualifications

  • A proactive, positive attitude with a focus on delivering client solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS sales role, with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas.
  • Experience selling to real estate brokerages is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
