We’re looking for a polished, organized, and dependable entry-level Administrative Assistant to support a team of professionals in a structured office environment. This role is best suited for someone who is early in their career, possibly a recent grad or someone with 1–2 years of office or customer-facing experience. Who wants to gain valuable corporate experience in an administrative capacity.

Note: This role is focused on administrative support. It’s a great fit for individuals looking to build a long-term foundation in professional office operations, not a stepping stone into finance, HR, or management.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing schedules, meetings, and calendar changes
• Coordinating emails and internal communication
• Assisting with travel planning and basic expense reports
• Booking meeting rooms and supporting conference calls
• Providing professional support to internal teams
• Handling admin tasks accurately and on time
• Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment where priorities can shift quickly
