Princeton Property Management is looking for an experienced Maintenance Tech II to join our team.

Wage range of $28 to $30. Wage offered is determined by candidate's experience, skills and qualifications.
What is needed from you:
Experience in property maintenance or related areas, including minor electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
Maintain clean exterior of grounds, including adjacent streets, which affects curb appeal daily.
Maintain common, garbage dumpster and trash receptacle areas.
Complete apartment turns.
Complete resident maintenance requests in a prompt and thorough manner.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working area.
Perform preventative maintenance inspections.
