Princeton Property Management is looking for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Tech II to join our Team!

Monday through Friday -The wage range depending on experience is $24.00 to $28.00. All offers will vary based on applicant experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Also offered are a monthly $50.00 phone, $150 auto reimbursement, and bonus opportunities.
What is needed from you:
Experience in property or apartment maintenance is required, including minor electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
Maintain clean exterior of grounds, including adjacent streets, which affects curb appeal daily.
Maintain common, garbage dumpster and trash receptacle areas.
Complete apartment turns.
Complete resident maintenance requests promptly and thoroughly.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working area.
Perform preventative maintenance inspections.
