Role Overview :

Protecht is seeking a high-impact Account Relationship Manager (ARM) to help spearhead significant revenue growth in its existing customer base.

You will drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key partner accounts. This role is pivotal in developing and executing strategies that deepen customer relationships, maximize account value, and directly contribute to Protecht's long-term growth. By partnering closely with your team and our high-value clients, you will ensure revenue expansion, client satisfaction, and retention. You will also collaborate with internal teams, providing valuable client insights to enhance our products and services and meet their evolving needs.

Responsibilities :

  • Maximize the potential for win / win / win relationships with existing clients through a consultative, profit-focused account management approach.
  • Create, develop, and execute strategic territory and account plans
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on best practices for revenue management and optimization
  • Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to position Protecht’s products effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including RevOps, Sales, Integration, Success, Finance, Legal and Product, to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients
  • Service mindset - maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, taking ownership of customer situations and seeing them through to resolution
  • Monitor activation and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Maintain accurate and current account and opportunity forecasting within Hubspot
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new products / innovations
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Attend Client User Groups, Conferences, and Events as required
  • Maintain and manage accurate business revenue forecasts for each month, quarter, and fiscal year.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize returns.

Key Success Metrics of this role :

  • Meet / Exceed Annual Revenue goals from “Closed Won” opportunities
  • Pipeline creation (High confidence)
  • Partner / Client Marketing outreach / campaigns - activity and campaign “success”
  • Base TAM activation percentage improvement goals by Partner / Client
  • NPS increases in line with company goals
  • Requirements :

  • 5 years of experience in a quota-carrying role
  • A proven history of over-achievement and meeting targets in account management and sales roles within the SaaS industry is a must
  • Highly quantitative and able to understand and relay complex data-based information and concepts to all levels of audience (CEO to Box Office Mgr)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment across multiple ICP’s
  • Highly collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally to make things happen.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced and dynamic remote work environment
  • This is a remote position. Travel to bi-annual company meetings, team meetings,client on-sites, and industry events required as necessary
  • Travel required ~50% of the time.
