This role involves providing specialized speech and language support to elementary and preschool students across multiple campuses in Conway, Arkansas. The position is a contract role lasting through the current school year.Key Responsibilities:Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to a caseload of 36-40 students, including preschool-aged children.Collaborate with educators and support staff across 3-4 campuses to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate and timely records.Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive care and support for students.Adhere to all applicable state licensure and school regulations for speech-language pathology services.Qualifications:Valid Speech-Language Pathology license is required; candidates within their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) will also be considered.Experience working in school settings preferred, with a caseload that includes preschool and elementary students.Strong skills in childhood speech and language assessment and intervention.Ability to manage multiple campuses and flexible caseloads.Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate with school personnel and families.Location:Conway, AR (onsite presence required)Details:Contract duration: Academic school year through May 21, 2026Work schedule: 35 hours per weekCaseload: 36-40 students across 3-4 campuses with a focus on preschool servicesThis contract offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on young learners communication development within a supportive educational environment.
