Support high school students as they prepare for life after graduation through this specialized 1099 remote role. This position focuses on providing virtual psychological support for transition services and postsecondary planning in Virginias public high schools.
Job Description:
Conduct assessments related to adaptive behavior, vocational interests, and independent living skills.
Participate in transition planning meetings as part of IEP teams.
Consult with families and educators on college, workforce, or independent living preparation.
Provide virtual counseling focused on life skills, self-advocacy, and goal-setting.
Document recommendations and services in support of IDEA transition requirements.
