Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking reliable and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for full-time, school-based positions in Washingtonville, NY. These roles offer consistent weekday hours supporting students across K-12 programs.

Position Details:

• 32hours per week (MondayFriday, following school calendar)

• Direct, in-school supervision provided by district Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

• Openings available across multiple grade levels and school sites

• Caseloads will involve students receiving ABA services for developmental, behavioral, or communication support

Important Certification Requirement:

• Active RBT certification
  No third-party credentials accepted (must hold a current, BACB-accredited RBT credential)

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision

• Provide one-on-one and small group behavior therapy using evidence-based ABA strategies

• Collect, record, and track student behavior and skill acquisition data

• Participate in regular supervision meetings and team check-ins

• Assist in creating a safe, structured, and supportive classroom environment

Qualifications:

• Active BACB-issued RBT credential (required)

• Previous experience in school-based, clinical, or home-based ABA programs preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and behavior management skills

• Ability to pass all required background checks and clearances
