Schools - Speech Language Pathologist

This is a full-time, temporary position with a schedule of 4 days per week serving students in a resource room and 1 day per week at a preschool location.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for students with identified needs.
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language impairments.
• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in a resource room setting.
• Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and families to ensure a comprehensive approach to student support.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Ohio State Licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with school-aged children in a school setting (preferred).
• Experience working in a preschool setting (preferred).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
