Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet them.
- Identify and engage with potential clients to expand the customer base.
- Conduct regular client visits to understand their operations, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for industrial valves and equipment.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations for clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure profitability while meeting customer requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industrial valves and equipment, including Emerson's product offerings.
- Provide technical expertise to clients, assisting them in selecting the right products for their applications.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the industrial automation or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of industrial valves and equipment, with knowledge of Emerson products being advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel to client sites within the designated territory.
