Vision sufficient for use of a computer monitor.
Sedentary work. Ability to sit at a desk 7-8 hours per day.
Worker not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions

- Demonstrates an advanced level insurance processing and is responsible for updating insurance information according to defined business rules.
- Understands all insurance document types and the lender placed processes.
- Follows procedures to ensure information is updated accurately and production and quality standards are reached.
- Manages dedicated client team email box to ensure all borrower, client and agent communications are addressed within the specified service level agreement.
- Corrects exceptions identified while working proactive reports and accurately reports exceptions to management.
- Planning/organizing - Prioritizes and plans work activities and uses time efficiently.
- Interpersonal skills -Maintains confidentiality, remains open to ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things.
- Oral communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in any situation.
- Written communication - Edits work for spelling and grammar and presents numerical data accurately and effectively.
- Problem solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully.

Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- Proficient with MS Office - Intermediate Outlook & Word
- Previous property insurance and or mortgage servicing experience
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize workflow and work in a fast paced environment
- Customer service oriented
- Works well in a team environment
- Attendance/Quality/Production must meet or exceed PFI standards
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business or financial related discipline
- Advanced Excel knowledge
