About the Role
The Administrative, Finance & Grant Management Lead will serve as a strategic backbone to Project Dandelion’s growing infrastructure, supporting finance, operations, and grant administration, working directly with Emily Moody, who currently leads operations. This role is ideal for someone who understands that sound financial stewardship and clear systems are essential for scaling impact. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to manage internal operations and ensure we meet our obligations to funders, partners, and communities with transparency and care.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Administration
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, budgeting, and expense reconciliation.
- Track vendor contracts and ensure timely and accurate payments
- Maintain up-to-date financial records and reporting dashboards for leadership and funders
Grant & Contract Management
- Coordinate timelines, submissions, and compliance for grants and donor reports
- Support financial documentation, audits, and grant applications
- Develop templates, trackers, and systems that streamline reporting workflows
Internal Operations & Systems
- Design and manage organizational systems for team operations, knowledge management, and compliance
- Support scheduling, coordination, and materials preparation for internal and external meetings
- Maintain confidentiality and data protection practices across systems and processes
