Network Partner Job Description –
Full-time Nurse Home Visitor needed to provide health education for the Nurse-Family Partnership program, supporting pregnant women and their families in a home visiting environment. Candidate will provide prenatal education; nutrition counseling; assist patients and their families with establishing goals; educate participants about infant care, early childhood development, and positive health practices. Travel throughout Sussex, Warren and Hunterdon counties required; must have reliable transportation.
Required: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), current New Jersey R.N. licensure, and C.P.R. required. Excellent written and verbal skills, and basic computer skills needed. Spanish-speaking a plus.
