Our client, a growing and prominent organzation based in Palo Alto, is looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant to join their team! About the Role:
The Accounts Payable accountant will be responsible for all aspects of accounts payable, including but not limited to the following:
- Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
- Analyzing workflow processes
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
- Sage and Concur
- Invoice Processing
- PO, Pricing, charge and payment term comparisons
- Transaction processing and accounting duties such as account maintenance, and recording entries
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree preferred (CPA strongly preferred)
- 3 years of accounting experience
- Strong tenure in previous roles
- Sage and Concur preferred
