Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one full-time Accounting Clerk to join our team in our Camp Hill, PA office. Role and Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and electronic filing of accounting data.
  • Assist with Accounts Payable processing.
  • Assist with billings.
  • Data entry.
  • Bank Reconciliations.
  • Month end procedures.


Requirements

  • Strong Attention to Detail.
  • Valid PA Driver's License. 
  • Reliable and Insured Transportation.
  • Administrative Experience Preferred. 
  • High School Diploma/GED.
