Minimum Requirements
- PMP Certification is required. Applicants without this certification will not be considered.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Only U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, or EAD holders will be considered.
- We do not sponsor visas.
- Preference will be given to candidates who reside in Pennsylvania.
- Lead the full lifecycle of high-impact projects from initiation through closeout.
- Manage multiple workstreams and coordinate other project managers.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and status reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business units, and technical teams to gather requirements and resolve issues.
- Ensure scope, quality, and business objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Follow established project management methodology and tools including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Daptiv, and VectorVMS.
- Provide updates and communicate status to leadership and other stakeholders.
- Identify risks and mitigation strategies and oversee change management processes.
- Support testing coordination, end-user training, and solution delivery.
- Promote continuous improvement within the project management office.
- Experience working with public sector clients or similar regulatory environments.
- Familiarity with PMI project phases and ECM systems in large organizations.
