WORKERS' COMPENSATION CLAIMS COORDINATOR
Whether it's a claim about workers' compensation, temporary disability, or unemployment, our team is on it! We strategically manage each claim with care to contain costs for our clients, reach a timely resolution, and help worksite employees receive appropriate benefits. Not only do we help clients when an incident arises, our risk management team works with clients proactively to mitigate workplace hazards and minimize injuries and illness in the first place.
This role will deliver excellent outcomes for injured workers, their employers, and ProService by being the first point of contact for workplace accidents, providing support and expertise. Responsibilities include entering new incidents, ensuring timely claim setup, scheduling necessary appointments, sending notifications, and resolving client inquiries. Additionally, the role involves monitoring the case queue, pulling loss run reports, processing client terminations, uploading faxes, and assisting Claims Adjusters with administrative tasks. - Client Satisfaction
- Achieve excellent injured worker and client satisfaction through prompt, professional, empathetic follow up, excellent follow through and leadership in the management of claims. Proactively keep clients engaged on a monthly basis (or more frequently if requested by client) regarding progress of claim from notification through closures.
- Claims Intake/Entry (WC) Manage all incoming claims by administering pre-intake requirements. Provide guidance to injured workers and clients, enter information into claims management systems, and provide notices to all related parties including injured parties, clients, medical providers, and attorneys; schedule PADT when warranted.
- Administrative Support. Schedule appointments and calendar deadlines, draft and send letters and statutory forms and reports; prepare records for IME exams, prepare and send documents to regulatory agencies; complete subpoena requests; distribute correspondence and reports.
- Vendor Payments and Reporting. Ensure all payments are made to vendors and claimants, and follow up on any missing vendor information, and are entered into the system in a timely fashion.
- Communication with Clients and Vendors. Communicates effectively and professionally with clients, physicians, attorneys, and other vendors and service providers.
The base compensation for this position is $50,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year depending on experience and qualifications.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM
- 5 years of customer service or office administration
- Prior experience in insurance claims preferred.

- Able to communicate effectively over the phone and via email. Able to community clearly and articulately with a variety of different audiences.

- Ability to make independent decisions confidently and quickly that provide favorable outcomes and solutions.
