A leading multi-clinic Prosthetic & Orthotic company in Eastern NC is seeking an experienced Patient Service Representative to join the team at our Morehead City clinic. The role requires a passion for first-class patient care, a high degree of attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task with a smile. Experience with medical billing is a plus. This person will work closely with patients, provider office staff, and insurers, and will be involved in pre-authorization, case management, and collecting patient receivables.
