Full Time Position Details:

POSITION: Full Time - Inside Sales Representative

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm

COMPENSATION: Hourly Pay Uncapped Commission (up to $5,750 a month)

YEARLY COMPENSATION: $31,000 – $100,000

BENEFITS: Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, PTO, 401k (match)

LOCATION: In Hanover, MD office with the ability to Work from Home after initial training.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Call prospective customers in designated market area to qualify leads and explain type of service and/or product offered.

· Inform current and prospective customers of current promotions and new or upgraded products.

· Quote prices and encourage customers to buy. Process customer information into computer database system.

· Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.

Candidate Requirements:

· Must be 18

· High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

· Must be able to pass a criminal Background Check and Drug Test

· Inbound/Outbound Call Experience is a Plus

· 1 Year of Sales Experience Required
