• Pay Rate: $31.50 - $33.50 per hour, Paid weekly
• Shift: 7pm - 7:30am (multiple shifts available)

Requirements

• Valid LPN/LVN license in North Carolina or a compact state license.
• CPR/BLS certification (AHA only).
• At least 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) is preferred.
• Demonstrated clinical competence in a healthcare setting.
• COVID-19 Vaccination required (with medical/religious exemptions available).
• Flu vaccine for the current season.
• Vaccination Records to include (MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDAP)
• Valid TB skin test or Chest x-ray
