What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Manager position at Proven Recruiting?

Who You Are :

5 years experience in Accounting; ideally in public biotech or related industry (prior Big 4 ideal)
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required; CPA strongly preferred
Experience supporting clinical operations including clinical accruals, forecasting, etc.

What You’ll Do :

Clean up and reconcile accounts, handle fixed assets, and identify areas for process improvement

Oversee monthly close process, financial reporting, and audit preparations

Prepare and maintain journal entries; support clinical accounting, and accounts payable as needed

Ensure continuous compliance with IFRS principles
