Our Quality Assurance Tech performs inspection of products through all phases of the process as required. Assist manufacturing in producing high quality products by helping setup quality / inspection checks. Will support production with quality issues and questions and assist in the daily quality function activities. May participate in periodic audits, maintain documentation on audit findings, and ensure follow-up on corrective action plans and areas of non-conformance.
What You’ll do:
- Perform daily quality inspection including conformance SOP for the inspection area
- Maintain non-conforming material system
- Assist Operations leads and Machine Operators as necessary to perform in-process checks, comply with production order instructions, and implement corrective actions for process trends and/or non-compliance
- Determine and implement appropriate corrective actions for routine instances of non-compliance or out of specification incidents

What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2-5 years’ experience in a Quality related field working in a Manufacturing Environment preferred
- Use of a variety of hand measuring tools
- Basic understanding of Quality System requirements (Non-conforming material, calibration, identification and traceability, etc.)
