Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Under the direction of the Senior Manager of Contracts, supports the customer contract process from initial review through execution and renewal in close collaboration with key internal stakeholders.
- Responsible for detailed review of contracts and amendments, including editing in collaboration with legal team and operational leadership, to ensure that contracts comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable laws.
- Develops relationships with key internal customers to understand strategic direction, external customer requirements, and corporate objectives and priorities.
- Collaborates closely with all levels of leadership, with open communication regarding needs and expectations.
- Provides contract research and support to drive corporate objectives and priorities for the Operations and Business Development groups, among others.
- Responds to requests for information relating to contract and commercial terms.
- Responsible for accurately organizing and maintaining all records of commercial contracts and relevant documentation in the company’s contract management system and file share.
- Assists in the development and improvement of contract templates, processes, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Works in coordination with the Senior Manager of Risk and Insurance to develop and maintain standard insurance requirements for customer and vendor contracts.
- Documents insurance requirements in customer contracts and third-party qualification systems and provides customer with necessary proof of insurance.
- Tracks insurance requirements for customers and vendors for PSC businesses and monitors the timely compliance.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Legal, or related field strongly preferred
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Contracts Administration
- Familiarity with contracting framework and general legal terms
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to interact comfortably with senior leadership
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to analyze complex contractual terms and conditions
- Confidence to resolve issues and communicate decisions to senior management and department heads
- Self-directed with ability to work independently
- Problem solver with ability to seek out pieces of information to resolve issues
- 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
- Stable work history with good references from past employers
- Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
- Speak fluent English
