Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Supply Chain Specialist for our client, a large company committed to operational excellence and strategic sourcing innovation. In this role, you will assist senior procurement staff with a variety of projects, from RFP management to contract lifecycle support, while developing your expertise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior procurement specialists with the development and execution of RFPs.
- Conduct procurement data analysis and prepare reports to support business decisions.
- Draft, review, and coordinate contract documents through the contract lifecycle.
- Perform operational procurement tasks and support strategic sourcing activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure procurement goals are met.
- Manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality, timely results.
- Contribute ideas to enhance procurement processes and overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in operational services procurement or materials procurement is ideal, but not required.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
