Project Manager - Concrete Restoration

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in concrete restoration, structural repair, and building rehabilitation. Candidates should have a history of successfully leading complex repair projects and coordinating diverse scopes in active or sensitive environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex concrete restoration and structural rehabilitation projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate project schedules, field operations, subcontractors, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Oversee and ensure the quality of work performed, maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Prepare and present detailed project documentation and reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project issues promptly, employing excellent problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 7 years of project management experience in concrete restoration or structural rehabilitation.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management preferred; civil engineering or structural engineering experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Auto-CAD and experience with concrete reinforcing systems is advantageous.
• Experience in post-tension industry structures, coordination, and troubleshooting is a major plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to communicate project details to team members.
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and reporting skills.
• Proactive attitude and a problem-solving mindset, with a desire for continuous improvement in a team environment.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
