As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of various projects, including data and software projects, cloud migration, and mobile applications. You will work closely with architects, engineering squads, and product owners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, from initiation through deployment, ensuring successful user adoption and change management
• Collaborate with architects, engineering squads, and product owners to align project goals and drive projects forward proactively
• Provide guidance and mentorship to project managers, ensuring they follow established protocols and best practices
• Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between project teams, clients, and internal stakeholders
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and on schedule
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies, proactively addressing any issues that may arise
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge-sharing
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving project management processes and methodologies
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in data projects or software development
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
• Experience in managing AI/Gen AI projects (preferred);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget;
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to guide and develop project managers;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively;
• Experience in change management and user adoption strategies
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
