Job Overview:
In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Technology Business Systems Consulting. You will contribute to large-scale planning related to Technology Business Systems Consulting deliverables, review and analyze challenges requiring in-depth evaluation, and collaborate with client personnel. This role is within the Counterparty Credit Risk Technology team, part of the broader Capital Markets Risk Technology (CMRT) group. The team is responsible for calculating various exposure metrics, monitoring, and reporting limit overages for counterparty credit.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities across delivery teams to build new Business Intelligence (BI) platform infrastructure.
- Support the project by planning development, deployment, and transition activities.
- Assist delivery teams in designing workflows and implementing new technologies and reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and support teams to plan for platform support.
- Determine best practices and standards for project lifecycle and BAU activities.
- Prioritize and organize project activities into Jira Features and Stories.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of Business Systems Data experience or equivalent through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
- 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst on prior BI projects.
- 2 years of SQL experience.
- Prior banking experience.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working as part of a scrum team.
- Ability to work on-site at 300 S. Brevard 3 days a week, with remote work for the remaining 2 days (Wednesdays in-office mandatory).
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Apache Iceberg, Dremio, and Apache Parquet.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Power BI reporting.
- Prior Capital Markets experience.
