What You'll Do
Operations & Administration
- Manage daily administrative operations, including internal systems, vendor coordination, and policy implementation.
- Provide leadership and support to administrative team members, ensuring smooth front desk operations and positive, professional interactions with the public.
- Oversee office communications, including phone and visitor protocols, to ensure a welcoming and responsive experience for community members.
- Serve as primary liaison to fiscally sponsored organizations, ensuring transparent financial processes and responsive communication.
- Maintain and improve operational procedures to ensure alignment with PMN's mission and strategic goals.
- Lead and implement special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Support evaluation systems to track program outcomes and organizational performance.
- Process day-to-day accounts payable and receivable in coordination with external financial partners.
- Manage PMN's fiscal sponsorship program, including financial oversight, reporting, and relationship management with sponsored organizations.
- Coordinate financial processes with external accounting partners.
- Assist in budget development, grant tracking, and financial reporting.
- Ensure proper documentation for audits, 990s, and funder compliance.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain banking and vendor relationships.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and personnel file management.
- Administer benefits, assist with payroll, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Support performance review processes and identify staff training opportunities.
- Foster an inclusive, supportive, and growth-oriented work culture.
- Oversee general office operations and facility needs.
- Manage basic IT systems, data security, and vendor relationships related to infrastructure.
- 2 years of experience in nonprofit, operations, administration, or business management.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Working knowledge of financial systems, HR practices, and operational compliance.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with media, nonprofit, or public access organizations is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, creative environment with evolving needs.
- $20â$22 per hour, depending on experience
