This role will oversee production support, software deployments, upgrades, and general platform administration.
The lead will also support a wide range of technology compliance needs.
Required experience:
- 2 years experience in a lead capacity
- Experience installing the archer software on servers
- 5 years of Archer Administrative experience, including development
- 3 years of SQL querying experience
- 3 years of production support
Proficiency in SQL, Windows Server, and IIS.
Experience with deployment automation and version control tools.
Nice to have:
- Active Archer Expert Administrator certificate
- ServiceNow experience
- SaaS migration experience
- Strong understanding of GRC processes and risk frameworks
