- We are recruiting on behalf of our client, The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT).
- We are seeking a Product Development Coordinator to lead complex IT product development efforts, primarily focused on the ServiceNow platform.
- This is a hands-on role that involves managing product delivery timelines, coordinating with technical and business teams, and ensuring products align with agency goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of software products/enhancements.
- Manage and maintain product roadmaps and release schedules.
- Collaborate across business, development, and enterprise architecture teams.
- Translate business needs into technical action plans.
- Facilitate risk mitigation, change management, and stakeholder communications.
- Support ServiceNow integration, prototyping, and post-deployment planning.
- This is an Onsite Role in Tallahassee, FL
Requirements:
Required Experience:
- 7 years in IT product development or software lifecycle management.
- 5 years leading cross-functional teams in tech/government environments.
- Strong background in product delivery timelines and stakeholder engagement.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform integration and support.
Required Education:
- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Communication, or equivalent experience.
