| Job Summary: | This position helps to provide support to our clients that come in to establish benefits with us. In this position you will assist with phone calls, pre-screening applicants for benefits, and documenting information needed to help determine a client's needs. |
| Job Duties/Responsibilities: | |
| • | Phone operation - answering incoming calls and placing calls to clients |
| • | Pre-screen applicants as required |
| • | Scheduling appointments using the INWIC database |
| • | Verifying/Updating client information |
| • | Assisting clients with the completion of their WIC application |
| • | Offer the opportunity to register to vote and provide assistance as needed |
| • | Provide referrals for services to client |
| • | Verify Medicaid eligibility |
| • | Assist clients in setting up their EBT accounts |
| • | Filing correct documentation |
| • | Performs other duties as assigned |
Qualifications
| Education Experience: | HS Graduate or Equivalent |
| Years of Related Experience: | 1-2 Years |
| License/Certificate Required: | No |
| Driver's License Required: | Yes |
