Role Highlights:
We are seeking an experienced BCBA to join our Rockledge team to mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and lead the development of individualized programs for children with autism. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee treatment programs targeting social, interpersonal, and developmental skills.
- Mentor and provide constructive feedback to RBTs and teaching staff.
- Collaborate with families to promote involvement and advocacy.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment goals, and ensure accurate data tracking.
- Stay updated on best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Maintain compliance with all ethical and operational standards.

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Certification as BCBA or BCBA-D.
- Minimum 4 years working with children with ASD and developmental disabilities.
- Leadership or supervisory experience of at least 4 years.
- Current CPR certification.
