Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for installing and certifying life safety systems and related components in commercial environments according to local & national codes and standards. Qualified individuals will be expected to initiate and complete projects independently according to assigned schedules and be able to certify projects in the presence of general contractors and local officials. Familiarity with fire alarm systems and related components is expected. Position would include pulling wire, mounting panels, power supplies, devices and related components for the fire alarm system being installed with a strong focus on exceptional quality and workmanship.
Qualifications:
Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in installing fire alarm equipment. Candidates with a commercial electrical background are preferred. Excellent communication, organization, customer service skills and high energy level are required. NICET certification is a plus.
