OVERVIEW

Hanwha Qcells designs, builds, and manages financially sustainable solar photovoltaic (PV) solutions. The company brings a decade of global leadership in solar PV to North America, combining best-of-world technology, processes, and partnerships to deliver utility-grade solar PV solutions customized for the US energy market.

The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the welcoming face and voice of the manufacturing facility. This role requires a confident and articulate individual with excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone. A professional demeanor is essential to create a positive first impression for all visitors and associates, with the ability to handle interactions calmly, even under pressure. Confidentiality is paramount in this role.

Please note this role is in Cartersville, GA, 5 days a week onsite. Relocation is available as needed. This is an hourly position.

Responsibilities

Front Desk Operations

  • Manage all incoming calls: Answer, screen, and direct calls, taking and relaying accurate messages.
  • Provide information to callers with professionalism and precision.
  • Warmly greet all visitors and direct them to the appropriate destination.
  • Address inquiries from the public and customers efficiently.
  • Maintain awareness of associate movements in and out of the facility.
  • Monitor visitor access and uphold a high level of security awareness.
  • Keep the reception area tidy and well-maintained.
  • Make company announcements using the paging system as needed.

Event & Meeting Support

  • Manage and route catering requests, sending timely email confirmations to associates.
  • Set up conference calls for various meetings.
  • Offer backup support to Facility Services for all event setups.
  • Assist event hosts with greeting and registering guests.

Requirements And Qualifications

  • Associates or technical degree or higher.
  • Minimum 5 years of front-desk receptionist experience in a corporate, hospitality, medical, or manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of front desk operations, administrative, clerical procedures.
  • Experience with communicating with multiple parties including administration and security.
  • Proactive personality and ability to work in fast-paced environment to quickly handle tasks.
  • Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite.
  • Bilingual abilities in Korean or Spanish (Preferred).
