Vendor Management Analyst

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Vendor Management Analyst will support the Vendor Management team by working directly with vendors and internal partners on loan level inquiries, audit support, project support, analytics, vendor oversight tasks and policy and procedure maintenance. This is a high-visibility role in a fast-growing team with an opportunity to contribute to the business's operations from pre-funding through loan servicing and collections processes.

This position will be based out of one of our offices in Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Teaneck, NJ, with a potential in-office schedule set at the direct manager’s discretion in accordance with the company policies and procedures. Remote work may be available for exceptional cases.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce scorecard analytics for third party partnerships to aid in performance management and capacity planning.
• Partners with internal and vendor personnel on loan level inquiries requiring internal assistance and coordination.
• Complete account level audits and reviews, including call listening, to aid in vendor oversight.
• Create and maintain applicable policies and procedures.
• Research and gather evidence and samples for audits.
• Provide outreach, follow up support and documentation to assist with new and ongoing projects.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business or other related field with a minimum of 5 years of work experience with at least 2 – 3 years relevant experience in a financial institution.
• Results-oriented and proactive team player with good business acumen.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Experience working in a high-tech environment.
• Advanced analytics skills, including abilities to pull together data from multiple sources
• Advanced understanding of audit support practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in writing and/or maintaining policies and procedures

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to, skill set, education, licenses and certifications, essential job duties and requirements, and the necessary experience relative to the job’s minimum qualifications.
