QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting for a Program Manager to join our team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD to support our customer, Project Manager Intelligence Systems & Analytics – Army (PM IS&A). Duties:The Primary interface with government personnel for execution of the task in support of government operations.Formulates and reviews project feasibility studies, determines costs, ensures conformance to work standards.Responsible for all deliverables to the government for this task order.Interprets policies, purposes, and goals of the organizations for subordinates.Manages logistics support analysis for military systems. Manages systems safety studies. Identifies, acquires and utilizes company resources to achieve project technical objectives.Is the Primary Hiring Manager for all contractor staff vacancies, including those assigned to subcontractors.Required Skills & Experience: Detail-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.Direct experience organizing, directing, and coordinating, planning and implementation of all contract support activities. Required Clearance: ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Secret; TS/SCI preferredQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting required.A minimum of twelve (12) years of progressive experience in design and development.Five (5) years management and supervision of substantive military hardware/software development required. Five (5) years of systems analysis experience required.Travel: Less than 10% travel is expected for this position. Travel may include continental United States and outside continental United States locations.
