About the Team
This hybrid role will be located in Hillsboro, OR and will report to the Director, HRIS & Operations. This position will lead a team of three HRIS Analysts and collaborate closely with the HR Connect team and other key stakeholders to provide support for Qorvo’s HRIS systems (SAP HCM and SuccessFactors).
About the Role
In this position, you will lead and be part of a dynamic HRIS team that helps Qorvo leverage HR technologies and empowers Human Resource Professionals. You will apply your knowledge and understanding of HR systems to mentor and develop your HRIS team members. You will guide your team to ensure data integrity, test system changes including new releases, participate in troubleshooting of interfaces and other system issues, maintain documentation, and analyze data flows and processes for potential improvements. You will also have a lead role on the core implementation team as we move from SAP HCM to SF Employee Central.
This is a hands-on technology driven position that requires proven success in managing HRIS systems and leveraging HR technology and analytics to streamline efficiencies, improve business processes, and support business decisions.
What You Will Do
Leveraging your proven success in managing HRIS systems and teams, you will:
- Lead the management and optimization of SuccessFactors, including process improvements from conception through realization
- Act as a liaison and translator between the business needs and HR technology solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify system requirements, evaluate, identify and recommend appropriate solutions, and ensure the process meets the needs of the organization
- Develop and maintain systems documentation, including business processes, procedures and training materials
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of HRIS professionals, including setting goals, providing feedback and ensuring high quality work
- Strong follow-through, ability to drive to closure and resolution of complex system issues
- Proactively communicate and challenge processes and technologies to enable business partner strategies, remove barriers, and promote faster solution delivery
- Serve as point of escalation for system issues and questions across all HR systems and modules
- Lead bi-annual new release testing and implementation of enhancements/upgrades
- Ensure data integrity in all HR systems and integration files and conduct periodic regular audits to ensure data quality on a global basis.
- Lead development, configurations, and implementations in SuccessFactors
- Partner closely with support functions to ensure all initiatives and requirements are well understood
- Accountable for HRIS security, data integrity, conducting regular audits of HR data, and conduct appropriate system testing of system changes
- Participate in HR strategic, tactical and operational meetings, offering creative technological support and solutions to business challenges
- Lead/Participate in the implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central, our new Core HR module
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline preferred
- At least 8 years of progressive HRIS experience and at least 2 years of management experience.
- Experience with SuccessFactors required (Employee Central, Compensation, Performance, Recruit, Learn, Succession & Career Development, etc)
- Experience with implementing an HRIS system or module
- Excellent communication skills suited to the audience; the ability to convey ideas in written form and the capability to share those ideas verbally in a clear, concise manner. Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Strong experience in Microsoft Excel.
- High level of partnering, influencing, coaching, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Takes action and anticipates situations and solutions. Understands how individual actions impact overall results.
- Strong follow-through skills and strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to multi-task and problem-solve with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to independently research issues by searching and leveraging extensive vendor support documentation and training materials

Top Candidates Will Also Possess
- Understanding of industry best HR practices, leverage relevant metrics and possess an appetite for innovation
- Experience with SAP HCM and/or other HRIS systems
- Experience writing and executing test scripts across a range of HR functional areas
- Demonstrate ability to rise to business challenges, thinking on their feet and resolving problems/removing roadblocks
- Experience with Alteryx a plus.
- Experience working across countries/regions in a large multi-national corporation preferred.
- Strong reporting and analytical mindset

Salary : $92,100 - $117,000
