Wage : $17.50 - $19.50 / hour
Shift : 1st or 2nd
Hours : 6 : 00am - 4 : 00pm or 4 : 00pm - 2 : 00am

Production Associate Responsibilities :
- Operate packing equipment to fill cheese wheel molds with cheese curd, monitoring cheese wheel size
- Stack wheels horizontally onto cheese presses
- Flip 22lbs wheels in press to ensure proper wheel form
- Palletize finished wheels and transfer cheese to other production areas using forklift
- Remove cheese from molds, trimming excess product with knife
- Clean and sanitize production area and manufacturing equipment
Requirements for Production Associate :
- High School Diploma or GED
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Able to lift up to 30lbs
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, performing repetitive work
- Able to bend and twist throughout shift
- Able to stand or walk for duration of shift
- Able to work in a cooler and / or warm environment
- Able to read, comprehend and prepare production worksheets in English
- Quality focused with ability to follow GMP requirements and food safety requirements
