Shift : D Nights, C Days
Hours : 6pm-6am, 6pm-6am

QPS is hiring experienced Warehouse Associates to work for our client in DeForest, WI that designs, manufactures, and markets thermoformed plastic packaging for products in the food, retail, and medical device markets.
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for warehouse related duties that include operating stand-up forklift, order picking and receiving, truck loading and unloading, production support, cycle counts, and verification for accuracy, this job is potential to hire and upon being hired direct, you'll become eligible for their awesome benefits package, including medical insurance, 401(k) match, profit sharing and more! Warehouse Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Operate forklift equipment to perform required duties to support production, fill customer orders, and ensure consistent flow of materials both inbound and outbound
- Meet department goals for efficiency
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts
- Fill customer production orders accurately and efficiently, ensure that product is stored, received, and shipped to quality standards
- Perform timely and accurate transactions to maintain the integrity of inventory systems
- Complete all shift documentation / paperwork
- Maintain department equipment by performing daily checks, maintain department KPI's
- Participate in safety programs, follow all established safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
Warehouse Associate Requirements :
- 3 years of forklift experience preferred
- Stand up forklift experience
- Basic math skills
- Computer and software skills
- Lift up to 10lbs continuously (cases of product and hand tools)
- Lift 11-30lbs regularly (3-4 times per shift)
- Lift 31-50lbs occasionally (1-2lbs per shift)
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work in warm environments
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read, write, and speak English to meet training, safety, and quality requirements
