Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our construction team as Civil Construction Foreman, Wireless civil knowlege is a must. In this role, you will be an essential part of various civil construction projects, contributing to the successful completion of infrastructure and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and adapt to different construction tasks.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Operate as a Foreman in the installation, maintenance, and de-installation of all aspects of wireless cell site foundations, including compounds, shelters, trenchwork, concrete, conduit, steel erection & installations, electrical installations, RF installations, and site de-installations.
- Utilize heavy equipment and trucking to excavate, install, and complete projects.
- Foreman responsibilities and effectively interface with all levels of management, staff, and customer requirements
- Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance - maintaining, repairing, and occasionally installing various cell tower types
- Complete assigned tasks within project scope accurately and efficiently
- Must be able to work at heights
- Ability to travel overnight a week at a time
- Working knowledge of cell site service monitors, RF test equipment, Fiber, and PIM equipment
- Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance.
- Ability to assist in the building of all types of communication sites. (Self supporting, guyed, monopoles, and rooftops)

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain one.
- A valid driver's license is required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Stamina and endurance for prolonged periods of physical activity.
- Comfort with working at heights and in confined spaces.
Salary : $30 - $40
