Job Summary: Join our team as a Fabricator where precision and expertise converge. We are a dynamic workplace seeking an experienced professional to play a key role in selecting and installing components for fixed overhead structures. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Skillfully select cables, ropes, pulleys, capstans, blocks, and slings for secure installation on fixed overhead structures.
- Implement precision in attaching loads using grappling devices such as slings, loops, wires, ropes, and chains to shackles and crane hooks.
- Collaborate effectively with the supervisor, helping as directed and engaging in on-the-job training with on-site personnel.
- Demonstrate flexibility in work hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime, to meet project demands.
- Uphold a positive, cooperative, and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers, businesses, and co-workers.
- Direct workers involved in hoisting machinery and equipment.
- Provide technical and consulting support, maintaining OSHA safety standards.
- Accurately interpret and apply orientation, layout, fit, tolerance, surface preparation, and weld callouts.
- Communicate effectively with peers, supervisors, and inspectors using technical and non-technical descriptions.
- Safely operate hand tools for fabricating, fitting, welding, cutting, and erecting structural steel.
- Perform welding in areas with minimal clearance for access, adhering to stringent inspection standards.
- Weld while bending, stooping, lying flat, and standing for a significant portion of the day.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Must be a Commerical Driver
Education and Experience:
- Current certification in SMAW 3G/4G, FCAW-G 3G/4G unlimited thickness required.
- FCAW 3G/4G certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge base of D1.1 highly desired.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and squat with a full range of motion.
- Must be able to transport items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to conduct field work at various locations.
