Inventory and Quality Control Specialist

Location: Weston, FL

Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site

We are a cigar manufacturing company based in Weston, FL, seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Inventory and Quality Control (QC) Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the quality of incoming products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update inventory data in the NetSuite ERP system
• Perform routine cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Conduct quality inspections on inbound shipments and spot checks as needed
• Maintain and update inventory records using spreadsheets and software
• Track, store, and catalog incoming shipments with detailed record-keeping
• Investigate and resolve issues related to weight variances, damaged products, and transfer errors
• Provide inventory and materials support to various departments
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation for audits and internal reviews
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  
  

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, quality assurance, or receiving
• Experience with NetSuite ERP preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing job functions with physical stamina
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to document procedures and create process maps as needed
