We are a cigar manufacturing company based in Weston, FL, seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Inventory and Quality Control (QC) Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the quality of incoming products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update inventory data in the NetSuite ERP system
- Perform routine cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Conduct quality inspections on inbound shipments and spot checks as needed
- Maintain and update inventory records using spreadsheets and software
- Track, store, and catalog incoming shipments with detailed record-keeping
- Investigate and resolve issues related to weight variances, damaged products, and transfer errors
- Provide inventory and materials support to various departments
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation for audits and internal reviews
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, quality assurance, or receiving
- Experience with NetSuite ERP preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing job functions with physical stamina
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to document procedures and create process maps as needed
