What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at Quality Inn and Suites?
We are seeking a Hotel Front Desk Agent. Hotel Front Desk Agent responsibilities include processing all guest check-ins by confirming reservations in the choice system, verifying guest identity, assigning room, and issuing room keys. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, or credit. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel industry, we'd like to meet you.
Hotel experience is a plus but not require, we will train the right person. Ideal applicant will be self motivated and be able to work independently. Must be willing to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.75 - $13.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
